The famous bird nest pau is a creative snack unique to Malaysia. The owner successfully combined the big pau and glutinous rice chicken, using glutinous rice chicken as the base, together with egg yolk, char siew and lots of onions to create teh sauce that goes inside the big pau and leaving around indent for easy cutting before consuming.
